As a Customer Service & Sales Intern, you will be at the heart of our relationship with customers. You will contribute to handling customer inquiries, managing product returns, and analyzing customer feedback to support our continuous improvement efforts. We are looking for someone proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and with excellent interpersonal skills.
Handle B2C customer requests and some B2B requests (via email, phone, and e-commerce tools)
Manage product returns and ensure efficient operational follow-up
Support the reporting of customer complaints in Europe
Regularly monitor customer reviews (on social media and key account client websites)
Identify key feedback to escalate internally and contribute to continuous improvement
Provide occasional support with sales administration tasks (ADV)
Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong spelling and writing proficiency
Good professional level of English; a third language is a plus
Critical thinking, proactivity, and analytical mindset
Positive attitude, kindness, and a team spirit
And above all… a strong passion for outdoor sports (trail running, cycling, triathlon, etc.)!
Start date: Early June 2025
Location: Sillingy (Haute-Savoie), at Näak Europe's headquarters
Duration: Ideally 6 months (minimum 4 months)
