Great product, easy to consume and gentle on the stomach.

Personally, I use about half the recommended serving because I drink a lot during my runs. I then supplement with one gel per hour. This strategy works perfectly for me.

A good complement to the ULTRA ENERGY drinks, for prolonged exertion under extreme conditions such as high temperatures and altitude.

The salted cucumber is a very forgiving and welcome companion on your run. Not too sweet not too intense.
