Naak is looking for a top-notch R&D Food scientist to join its team and exciting work environment. The R&D Scientist will be responsible for new product development projects. MISSION

• Develop and implement new product launches from concept to commercialization through a strong understanding of our customers, market and trends
• Conduct appropriate testing, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings
• Ensure new products adhere to regulatory & legal requirements, and help identify areas for intellectual property potential
• Working with suppliers to update specifications
• Assist in packaging innovation
• Develop and improve product specifications
• Identify issues with shelf life and ensure food safety and quality requirements are met
• Bring vision and inspire customers
• Help build a company that will revolutionize the food industry globally

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• You study inFood Engineering/Science or equivalent
• You have between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience
• You are organized, you plan in advance, and you are detail-oriented with a high degree of commitment
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and you are a team player
• You have strong analytical skills, and you know how to use datas to take decisions
• You are tenacious and you enjoy meeting challenging goals
• You are a leader who takes initiatives. You are not afraid to suggest audacious ideas to the team
• You have the ability to learn by testing and experimenting
