Having recently changed nutrition brands to NÄAK, I used Watermelon in a 100km race & can say it was superb. Easy to mix (the new recipe works so well), easy & pleasant to drink, no stomach problems & very easy to work out calories & carb content which facilitates easy planning. Incredible product: dense in calories (2kcal/g), delicious, and a mix of sugars that refuce glycemia- peak effect and gives longer-lasting energy. Absolutely love it, I never do à trail competition or training without them!
