Simple : le meilleur gel sur le marché au niveau du goût, mais aussi au niveau des ennuis gastriques. J'en prends un toute les 40 min, en plus d'une boisson Naak à l'ananas (la seule qui ne m'écœure pas après des heures de course!). Et je n'ai plus de soucis gastriques. Dernier Ultra de 90 km. Tout était parfait.
