At Näak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from receipt of your order.
A refund will be issued for your order, but the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Please read our return policy carefully below.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
How to return your products
If you wish to return a product, please inform us by e-mail at the following address helloeu@naak.com. Explain why you want to return the products with as much details as possible. We will confirm the return terms and indicate the procedure to follow. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.

We recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
Defective or damaged products
If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we invite you to send us an email to helloeu@naak.com with photos of the damage. We will then guide you on the procedure to follow to obtain a replacement or refund.
Refund
Once we have received the returned products and checked their conformity, we will proceed with a refund within 14 days. The refund will be made on the same means of payment used for the initial purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded.
