Sales Operations & Customer Service Internship

Are you passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, and the world of endurance sports? Join Näak and play a key role in supporting our B2B and B2C customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll help us deliver best-in-class service, build meaningful client relationships, and optimize our sales processes – all while working with a purpose-driven, fast-paced team.

Your mission

As the EMEA Sales Operations & Customer Service Intern, you'll be at the heart of Näak’s growth in international markets. From managing customer requests to improving processes and supporting field operations, your goal is simple: deliver outstanding customer experience while supporting smooth commercial execution.

Responsibilities 

  • Be the go-to point of contact for our EMEA customers (retailers, distributors, and end consumers) via email, phone, chat, and social media
  • Provide expert advice on our products and support clients with personalized solutions
  • Manage operational follow-up of orders (tracking, delivery, returns, claims, special requests)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, sales) and external partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor and report customer feedback to fuel continuous improvement
  • Participate in weekly logistics and operations meetings
  • Help prepare materials and logistics for trade shows and events – and represent Näak when needed
  • Support customer reviews monitoring across marketplaces and partners' websites
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve tools, workflows, and processes across sales and service

Who you are

  • You're currently enrolled in a business, international trade, customer service or supply chain program
  • You’re a strong communicator (written & spoken), in both French and English
  • You're highly organized, curious, and a natural problem-solver
  • You love working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
  • You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and managing priorities
  • You’re passionate about sports, sustainability, and making a difference
  • Bonus: You’ve already worked in customer service, retail, or logistics
  • Double bonus: You run, ride or compete in endurance events – or want to!
