Recipe - Avocado blueberry double layered cricket protein powder smoothie

Bottom layer

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Naak cricket powder

Top layer

  • 1 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the bottom layer in a blender
  2. Divide equally among glasses. Set aside.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the top layer in a blender.
  4. Pour into glasses, over the bottom layer. 

Per serving: 358 calories, 19g protein, 21g fat (3.5g saturated fat), 29g carbohydrates, 6g fibre, 53mg cholesterol, 219mg sodium.
