    Energy Bar Moucha

    I specially like energy bars after training. Their taste and content allow me to recover and eat a protein-rich food. On the other hand, when I train, what I do is divide the bar into four portions and include them every 20 minutes. The absorption is quick and effective, and it hasn't caused me any stomach discomfort. The only thing that is true is that if you take it while training, it is necessary to drink because it is a bit dense.
