Hello my name is Pauline and I'm 22. I live in Besançon in the east of France. My passion is running in the mountains whenever I have free time. I have been running for 5 years and at the moment I like short distances in the mountains, between 20 and 30 kilometers. In parallel to my athlete life I am in my 5th year of medical studies.

I have recently understand the importance of nutrition in my training and of getting my body used to gut training. Its this fuel that enables me to boost my sessions and improve my running performance.
