Ingredients
Bottom layer
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Naak cricket powder
Top layer
- 1 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the bottom layer in a blender
- Divide equally among glasses. Set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients for the top layer in a blender.
- Pour into glasses, over the bottom layer.
Per serving: 358 calories, 19g protein, 21g fat (3.5g saturated fat), 29g carbohydrates, 6g fibre, 53mg cholesterol, 219mg sodium.
