Partnership Coordinator (Internship)

Your Mission

As a Partnership Coordinator Intern, you will play a central role in nurturing and activating our partnerships and ambassador programs. From managing partner communications to helping on-the-ground activations, your work will help grow Näak’s visibility and relationships across the endurance sports ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow up with brand and event partners and maintain strong relationships

  • Manage and write the monthly partner newsletter

  • Lead and coordinate the ambassador program

  • Ensure that athletes are meeting their contractual obligations

  • Coordinate the content pipeline around races and athlete projects

  • Organize global ambassador and club activities.

  • Represent Näak and demo our products at events across the province

  • Oversee product sampling operations and analyze their performance

  • Analyze affiliate performance and generate ideas to optimize results.

  • Manage and update the seasonal event calendar

What You Bring

  • A love for endurance sports – being an athlete or having a deep understanding of the community is a huge plus

  • Project management mindset – you thrive on planning and seeing things through

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills – you're organized, respectful, and proactive

  • Fluent in English & French – Spanish is a great bonus!

  • Strong organizational skills – you can juggle multiple projects with ease

  • A growth mindset – you’re a fast learner, adaptable, and always curious

  • Willingness to travel within Quebec and work weekends when needed

  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Internship Details

  • Start Date: January 2026 or June 2026
  • Location: Montreal (in office)
  • Duration: 6-12 months
  • Full-time (40H) | Paid internship
