Mezcla Completa RECOVERY™ | Vainilla Chai

The näak RECOVERY™ Complete Mix is an all-in-one post-training recovery shake engineered to support your comeback after high-intensity or long-duration workouts. Formulated with a scientifically optimized blend of all-natural carbohydrates, digestible plant-based proteins, BCAAs, and essential electrolytes, this premium mix rapidly recharges your energy, rebuilds tired muscle fibers, and rehydrates your body right after exercise.

The difference lies in their primary nutritional focus and intended recovery role:

näak RECOVERY™ Complete Mix: This is an all-in-one recovery shake designed to provide complete post-workout nutrition. It features an optimal 4:1 carbohydrate-to-protein ratio (40g of carbs and 10g of protein) alongside electrolytes and 1800mg of BCAAs. It is intended for immediate use post-effort to simultaneously restore depleted glycogen energy stores, repair muscle tissue, and fully rehydrate.

näak RECOVERY™ Protein Powders: These formulas focus primarily on muscle repair and growth. Delivering 24g to 25g of protein with minimal carbohydrates, they are ideal for targeted muscle rebuilding, adding daily protein to your diet, or as a versatile ingredient in kitchen recipes. Unlike the Complete Mix, they do not provide the massive carbohydrate load needed to immediately replenish spent glycogen stores.

During intense or prolonged exercise, your body drains its glycogen stores—the primary source of energy stored in your muscles and liver. The optimal 4:1 ratio (40g of carbohydrates to 10g of protein) matches your body's natural recovery needs. Carbohydrates trigger an insulin response that opens up muscle cells to rapidly absorb nutrients. Co-ingesting protein alongside these carbs stimulates muscle protein synthesis and speeds up glycogen replenishment much faster than consuming carbohydrates alone.

Each serving provides 10g of clean, highly digestible plant proteins (made from pea and upcycled canola protein) and 1800mg of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids). BCAAs—specifically leucine, isoleucine, and valine—bypass liver digestion and go straight to working muscles to minimize muscle breakdown, reduce post-workout soreness, and accelerate the repair of micro-tears caused by hard efforts.

Hydration isn’t just about drinking water; it is about restoring the minerals lost in sweat. The Complete Mix delivers 400mg to 670mg of essential electrolytes (primarily sodium from sea salt) per serving. This rapid mineral replenishment restores your cellular fluid balance, prevents post-workout cramping, and ensures your body rehydrates effectively.

The 30-Minute Window: To maximize muscle repair and energy restoration, mix 1.5 scoops (60g) into 400ml of cold water or your favorite plant-based milk. Shake well and enjoy within 30 minutes after your workout.

Dietary Specs: Our mix is built with natural, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free ingredients, ensuring a highly digestible and gut-friendly experience that won't upset your stomach after exhaustion.

Even if you managed to consume a high intake of 90g of carbohydrates per hour during your effort, your body's glycogen storage is limited. During intense or long efforts, you oxidize (burn) carbs at a highly accelerated rate. 90g/hour is the maximum your gut can comfortably absorb during exercise, but it rarely matches your actual energetic output, meaning you still finish your workout with partially depleted or completely empty glycogen stores.

Taking simple and complex carbohydrates immediately after exercise takes advantage of the ""metabolic window"". Your muscles are primed by exercise to absorb glucose at a rapid rate. Refueling immediately restarts glycogen synthesis, stops muscle protein breakdown, and ensures you are fully recovered for your next session.

As a Certified B Corp, we are committed to building the most sustainable sports nutrition on the planet. The näak RECOVERY™ Complete Mix is the only recovery drink on the market to incorporate upcycled canola protein. By using premium proteins sourced from ingredients that would otherwise go to waste, we prevent food waste and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Furthermore, our plant-based formula generates an average of 11 times fewer greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional dairy-based recovery shakes.
